As you would expect from one of the UK’s leading medical recruitment agencies, we have secured exclusive contracts with many of the UK’s leading healthcare organisations. Historically, we have established collaborative partnerships with numerous contracting bodies to assist with the creation, implementation and maintenance of various medical locum projects to deliver cost savings and market transparency without impacting or reducing the high quality of the fully vetted locum doctors we supply.
We are pleased to confirm that we have been awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Framework Agreement (RM1570). This framework is designed primarily for the NHS and is for the supply of temporary and fixed term locum doctors, covering the full range of grades and specialities.
The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is a centralized procurement service for Government, acting on behalf of the Crown, to drive savings for the taxpayer and improve the quality of commercial and procurement activity across the UK public sector.
Through a competitive tender process Medecho are one of 32 restricted suppliers approved under this Framework Agreement reflecting our ability and ambition to operate as a high volume strategic staffing partner to the NHS. As result this award can only build on our already significant presence in the market place allowing us to continue to provide innovative recruitment solutions to the NHS.

Being one of 9 restricted suppliers on this Framework means we have exclusive access to all NHS locum doctor jobs in Scotland. With NHS Scotland continually faced with a shortage of temporary and permanent locum doctors this is a fantastic opportunity for us to channel more of our efforts and resources to areas with a higher demand for locum doctors, allowing us to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency to this region.
National Services Scotland plays a vital role in helping to protect NHS Scotland by delivering shared services and expertise that help NHS Boards and other organisations to work more efficiently and save money.

Being one of 25 restricted suppliers on this Framework means we have exclusive access to all HSC locum doctor jobs in Northern Ireland.
Health & Social Care for Northern Ireland (HSCNI) are required to deliver a responsive and flexibly service in an unpredictable sector. This involves the careful deployment of Medical and Dental human resources directly employed by HSCNI. HSCNI has need to access additional Medical & Dental Agency Workers through Recruitment Agencies.

NHS SBS was formed in 2005 to provide a more efficient method of supplying business services to the National Health Service (NHS). It employs more than 1200 staff and by supplying many trusts it achieves cost savings of 20–40% due to benefits from economies of scale.
This innovative new framework agreement covers 18 NHS acute Trusts in the North West, and numerous community trusts throughout the UK.

Medecho are delighted to confirm our inclusion within the Avoca Managed Services Consortium. Avoca Managed Services is a partnership designed to meet the ‘hub-based’ model employed by the NHS. This partnership consists of 11 established medical locum agencies-each having expertise in particular medical specialties- with a central office and regional management teams, collectively supplying as one.

NHS Commercial Alliance is the Collaborative Procurement hub within South East and South Central region (Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Kent, Norfolk, Suffolk, Hampshire Surrey and Sussex) providing procurement advice and support across a wide range of category areas. Being one of 16 suppliers on this contract means we have exclusive access to jobs in the South East region.
