Information for Doctors

Required Documentation

As part of the requirements under the National Framework Agreement, in order to begin locum work with Medecho you MUST provide the following documentation:

• Completed and signed Medecho Registration pack ( this can be found on our downloads page)
• Up to date CV with no gaps
• Two Current References (one must be from your most recent employer and within last 12 months)
• Copy of your Passport and if not a UK or EU passport holder Right to Work/Visa Stamp
• Two Passport Photo’s for files and ID Badge
• Proof of Registration with the GMC
• CRB Check completed by Medecho (we are required to view originals, or a verified copy of your documents for the CRB)
• Proof of immunity for Hep B (laboratory report (blood test) of Titre level)
• Proof of immunity for MMR (laboratory report (blood test) of positive immunity)
• Proof of Tuberculosis immunity (written proof that BCG scar been viewed by an OH dept, nurse or doctor)
• Proof of immunity for Varicella (self declaration of having Chicken Pox or Shingles)
