In order to ensure the continuing development and improvement of our business activity, various forms of reviews, assessments, inspections and audits are constantly introduced, all of which are applied through efforts of fully trained and competent personnel. Our philosophy of providing a high quality and efficient service to both doctors and hospitals, allows us to maintain the highest compliance, with the National Framework Agreement.

We have successfully placed medical locum doctors in over 200 NHS Trusts, in all regions of the UK. Over the years, we have made a conscious decision to channel more of our efforts and resources to NHS regions, with a higher demand for locum doctors, namely; South and North Wales, Midlands, North East, North West, all parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland. By providing a higher level of concentration, we have delivered greater effectiveness and efficiency to these regions. We take the time to regularly visit our client’s sites and fully understand their needs.

We are a current Buying Solutions National Framework Agreement holder, for the supply of medical locums. Unlike other agencies, we specialise solely in locum doctors and as a specialist recruitment consultancy for hospital doctors, Medecho has rapidly expanded through excellent service provision. Our experience and knowledge of this area is the key to our success. Our team of recruiters each have a minimum of 6 years experience in medical locums (doctors) and work in dedicated teams, each with their own speciality, so you can be sure each client will receive the highest levels of service and professionalism.

We have made contractual agreements with an Occupational Health organisation, to check declarations of health and Senior Physicians, for ongoing support and Clinical Governance. We actively participate and assist doctors for their regular appraisals/revalidations. The locum doctors that we provide are fully informed in Health and safety professional development requirements. Incident Alerts and Complaints are resolved within a strict time scale in accordance with our quality assurance policy.
